Using our CAD applications, we are able to create drawing files which show exact layout and dimensions for your event structures. Two-dimensional plans are included in the square footage price of each tent rental. At an additional fee, AZTEC can offer 3 dimensional, color renderings to help you visualize your event layout with specific structures and environment, including details such as lighting and accessories. Another additional service offered is the creation of interactive virtual tours, which can be rotated to view your event from a 360 degree perspective.

For larger, more complex venues and events AZTEC provides additional marketing services including sell sheets and other promotional materials to aid in event traffic and promotions.

Custom event services also extend to signage and other creative solutions. Our tent surfaces are the perfect backdrop for creative signage that maximizes the exposure for your company, client or event. We can add decals, print directly onto tent surfaces, and even apply custom wraps for a striking finish. Wraps can be applied to hard surfaces like glass and PVC hard sides, tent legs and doors.
